Designed as a sanctuary for a family of 12, the bungalow embodies the essence of togetherness while providing individuality. Each level is designated for one brother’s family, with a central skylight well that invites an abundance of natural light.

This feature connects the spaces both visually and spiritually, promoting unity and harmony. The sprawling north-side garden enhances the sense of tranquility, making it a true retreat within the city.

The multifunctional design elevates everyday living. The parking area transforms into a badminton court and a double-height play zone, reflecting a creative use of space. A well-integrated home office meets the professional needs of the residents, ensuring a perfect balance between work and leisure. Landscaping in the light well adds an organic touch to the interiors, fostering a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.

The chromatic strategy grounds the workspace in warm walnut tones across flooring, wall cladding, and millwork. Sophisticated gray tones provide visual restraint while white surfaces maximize light reflection and spatial clarity.
